I
get the error Java: Class not found when trying to
view eTours?
This error means that your
internet browser is not able to load the correct java
files required to play the eTour, it may also display
a gray screen. This is usually the case when you do
not have Java enabled in your browser settings, or
you do not have Java VM installed at all.
Solution : open your browser properties, and click
the advanced tab. There will be a list of features
with ticks to the left of each one. Scroll down to
Microsoft VM and make sure the JIT compiler for virtual
machine is ticked. If you cannot find it, then you
will need to install Java VM from your browser installation
disks. It can also be downloaded from the Microsoft
or Sun web sites. If you are using Windows XP, Java
will not come as standard and will require a download
of Java VM or Service Pack 1.

I
have java installed but still cannot view eTours?
It is likely that you are accessing the internet over
a network using a PROXY server configuration. This
configuration of internet access is common to commercial
business practices so that internet access within
the building can be monitored and managed. It is recommended
that you contact your systems administrator about
this problem who will then be able to configure the
internet access to allow you to view eTours through
your network.
